SimVascular-ready projects

SimVascular is an open-source software providing a complete pipeline from medical image data segmentation to patient specific blood flow simulation and analysis. This repository features projects that are compatible with SimVascular containing medical images, segmentation files, 3D models and meshes, and simulation files.
